PAYMENTS
HOSTING
Hosting services are paid for via monthly subscription or yearly in advance. The subscriptions are handled by PayFast Payment Gateway and the payment date is the 1st day of every month. View PayFast End User Agreement.
OTHER SERVICES
The default payment structure is 50% deposit and 50% upon completion but before delivery of deliverables. Should an alternative payment plan be requested, the terms and conditions on that document will be binding.
FAILURE TO PAY
Failure to pay on time / a failed subscription payment run will result in immediate suspension of all hosting services. Hosting services will recommence within 24 hours after payments have been caught up. Any costs incurred by LehanViljoen.com will be invoiced to the client.
Failure to settle the final invoice will result in the deliverables being held back until the final invoice has been settled.
